Cleaner Detailer

Full Time

When a customer picks up their new RV, we can see the difference in their eyes when it sparkles. You are the one that installs that final touch. The last person at Lardners to get an RV ready before the new owner takes delivery is the Cleaner / Detailer. Your duties include cleaning the interior and exterior of the recreation vehicles, applying interior and exterior protection products, and cleaning of the dealership building.

We are looking for a person that is hard working, takes pride in the end result of their work, and has an eye for detail. While working a five day week, we are a retail store, so you will be expected to work every second Saturday.To give our staff an opportunity for family time, we are closed all three days of every long weekend with the exception of the Easter long weekend when we are open on Saturday.

In addition to the hourly wage, Lardners has a benefit plan, a recreation vehicle available for staff use, we subsidize memberships for physical fitness, and it is a fun place to work!

Lardners Trailer Sales has been in the RV business since 1962 and many of our employees have been with us for 10 or more years. We have been enjoying tremendous growth in the last several years, with a significant part of our new business coming in the form of referrals from our current customers. RV Technician

It is the Great Canadian Vacation. The family has talked about it all winter long. Mom and Dad searched for weeks to find the right RV. The kids each have chosen their own bunk bed and they have great plans for going to the beach. The RV is being packed and readied to go.

Then disaster strikes...something isn't working! The vacation may have to be cancelled! Even though they are trying to put on a brave face, you can see the disappointment in the kid's faces.

Here is where the Lardners Certified RV technician saves the day. We sell RVs, which means we sell great vacations. Our RV technicians solve the problems that occasionally popup. They install accessories and towing equipment and they are the ones that keep Dad in the kid's good books. They have skills in electrical, plumbing, gas, carpentry and many other areas. Creativity, organization, and a "Can Do" attitude are always present.

You don't need to be an experienced RV technician, just the right basic skills and attitude. We will provide training for the rest, upon completion the right candidate will become a Certified RV Technician. Pay is mostly hourly wage plus a portion based on performance. We also have a benefit plan, an RV for employee use, and a fitness club plan. As we are a retail store, you will be expected to work some Saturdays.
